Not a single moment of inspiration, but one conviction — tested, rebuilt, and proven over fifteen years: talent is everywhere; structured pathways to reach it are not.
Kam's early volunteer years were spent helping individual students and immigrants navigate systems that were never designed with them in mind — admissions, visas, first jobs. Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore: the students who struggled weren't short on ability. They were short on a clear, structured path from where they stood to where their ability could actually count for something.
