Letter in Recognition of Kamruddin (Kam) Shams and the Shams Family Foundation

The Shams Family Foundation was formally recognized in a letter acknowledging Kamruddin (Kam) Shams’ contributions as a coach and mentor within the Accelerator Prosperity (AP) incubator and accelerator ecosystem in Pakistan.

AP works alongside the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) to support early-stage entrepreneurs, and the letter highlights the value of Kam’s mentorship to founders navigating the early, difficult stages of building a business.

The recognition reflects a broader thread in SFF’s work — that empowerment isn’t limited to education and migration pathways, but extends to direct mentorship of entrepreneurs building something of their own.
