As WWCoF's German-language training program grew from a single A1 class into a three-centre pipeline, the first cohort of students in Gilgit marked a major milestone: certification at the A1 level, assessed on the same pattern used by Goethe and other recognised institutions.
The ceremony recognised the work of the program's earliest students — the same cohort that would go on to help train the next generation as peer mentors, a core part of what makes the program self-sustaining. What started as one class in Gilgit has since grown into a pipeline of 430+ active students across Gilgit, Hunza, and Karachi, plus an online track.
